Civil engineering research paper highlighted in journal

A research paper authored by faculty in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering at The University of New Mexico has been selected to be spotlighted in the journal Environmental Engineering Science.
The paper, “Saline Brine Reaction with Fractured Wellbore Cement and Changes in Hardness and Hydraulic Properties,” was authored by Joshua Ellison, John C. Stormont, Nabil Shaikh, Eric J. Peterson, Peter Lichtner and José M. Cerrato from the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering at UNM, and Jorge Gonzalez-Estrella at Oklahoma State University.
Environmental Engineering Science is the official journal of the Association of Environmental Engineering and Science Professors.
