UNM Resilience Institute Hosting Second Annual Colloquium

resilience logoThe University of New Mexico Resilience Institute is hosting its second annual international resilience colloquium, Urban Resilience: Research Gaps and Implementation Roadmap, on August 7th – 8th, 2017. 

This two-day event will take place in the Centennial Engineering Center Auditorium Room 1041, at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Speakers have been invited from impactful institutions across the world, including Sandia National Laboratories, the Department of Homeland Security, the US Army, Shimizu Corporation, the NM Department of Transportation, and Resilient Solutions 21, among others. This multidisciplinary event will foster communication and collaboration between experts in the fields of engineering, architecture, urban planning, economics, politics, sociology, public policy, law, geography, business, and more.
