Rio Rancho Children's Water Festival Held in October

At the children’s water festival, volunteers discussed water purification and water treatment with elementary students ages 8 -10. Each class spent 25 minutes with Center for Water and Environment faculty and staff learning about water and engaging in hands-on demonstrations such as the Reverse Osmosis demo, the microscope, and the aquifer demo.
