American Institute of Constructors (AIC) Exam

Construction Management Majors:

A requirement for the BS Construction Management degree is to take the American Institute of Constructors (AIC) Level 1 Exam prior to graduation.  The name of the exam is the Associate Constructor Examination.

The Associate Constructor (AC) Exam is the first level of certification in the Constructor Certification Program. This level of certification is ideal for recent graduates of 4-Year Construction Management Programs.  AC's are individuals that have a high level of skill and knowledge in managing the process of construction.  Those earning the AC credential upon graduation of a construction program have a competitive advantage in a highly competitive job market.
