This laboratory has a loading frame/system connected to a real real-time data acquisition system. Recently a uniaxial compression machine of 600 ksi capacity is acquired in the laboratory. The laboratory contains a versatile combination of asphalt compaction devices: Superpave Gyratory compactor, Marshall Compactor, and an automated Proctor Compactor. This laboratory has a full range of sieve shakers, asphalt materials mixing device, water baths, and specific gravity testing device, sand equivalent testers, scales and ovens.
