September 30, 2014

Civil Engineering Professors Tang-Tat (Percy) Ng and Arup Maji are developing nondestructive testing protocols for unknown bridge foundations. Funded by the NMDOT (FHWA) the team (including graduate students Saman Rashidyan and Ali Mandawi) are using sonic echo, parallel seismic and impedance methods for various steel, concrete and wooden foundations.
